2012 launched Bookshelf, a growing catalog of positive, energizing books congruent with choinque ideals, starting with Jim Collins' classic Great by Choice.  A number of these works, Talent is Overrated & The Talent code argue practice is more important than talent, while Power Questions and The Advantage assist in growing both people and organizations. Big Questions, Life Questions, are addressed in How Will You Measure Your Life, What Matters Now, All In, and Love Works. Most of these reviews tightly focused on alignment with Academy Leadership Boot Camp workshops for reinforcement with graduate Action Plans. Coaching for Leadership, considered a professional standard, was reviewed contemporaneously with new Executive Coaching requests.
